The terms that apply when you order from TB Brand House.

These terms apply to all orders placed with TB Brand House through this website, WhatsApp or by phone. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
- An order is confirmed only after we agree the items, design, quantity, delivery and price with you on WhatsApp.
- The prices on this website are per item and include one design of your choice. Prices can change without notice, but the price that we confirm with you for your order does not change.
2. Your design
- You confirm that you own the design, or that you have permission to use it. You may not ask us to print logos, characters or artwork that belong to other people without their permission.
- We can refuse to print a design that is offensive, illegal or that infringes on the rights of other people.
- Colours on a screen can look different from colours on fabric, ceramic or wood. Small differences are normal.
3. Payment
We send you the payment details after we confirm your order. We start printing when we receive payment, unless we agree differently with you.
4. Bring your own shirt
When you supply your own shirt, we take care with it. We are not responsible for damage that is caused by the fabric of the shirt, for example when the fabric is not suitable for heat pressing. We check the shirt with you before we print.
5. Collection and delivery
- You can collect your order in Durban at a time that we agree.
- We deliver nationwide by courier. We confirm the delivery cost with you before you pay. Delivery times depend on the courier.
6. Returns
- Because every item is made with your own design, we cannot accept returns when you change your mind.
- If your item has a printing fault or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and send us a photo. We reprint the item or give you a refund.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
